Ordered a dozen of these towels, along with matching hand towels and washcloths for my STR. Being new to this site and relatively new to short-term hosting, I wasn't sure what to expect. Upon delivery, I sent her a short message confirming that the towels more than met my expectations and, in passing, mentioned a minor issue I found with two of the hand towels. Truly minor, as 98% of the items were perfect. Much to my surprise, she immediately let me know that she would send me two replacement towels. She even followed up with the tracking information.
