I think these sheets are perfect for my B&B in the Caribbean. Our difficulty is keeping the price right with sheets that are comfortable. These do the trick! Thanks A&S!

These sheets are a little stiff right out of the package. We put them out in our small boutique hotel after the first laundering because we felt they were soft enough. After three launderings with good detergent (Tide) they have become much softer and we are very happy so far.

We purchased these sheets for a vacation rental property due to the description of them being the "most requested luxury sheets" for the comfort and durability. They start out very stiff, as mentioned by a previous review, so I tried washing two sets of sheets with baking soda and vinegar a total of 4 times (I also dried them between each washing). They are still really really rough and scratchy. I will try washing them a few more times, but at this point would not recommend these sheets unless you're only looking for durability.

I buy these for my overnight rental cabins. They are a little stiff brand new but really soften after a few washings.
I have never had any problem with pilling.
I am in the process of buying more.
Nice value/thread count for overall use.
Highly recommend.
